| - These guys get a five star review from me because of how friendly, helpful, and honest they are!
I went in to buy a second opener for our garage. I moved in with a roommate, but the landlords only provided one opener, and I really didn't want to keep getting out of my car to punch in the code to the door every time I came home or left.
I brought in my opener and right away they were able to point me to the right kind I needed. The opener was quite reasonably priced, and they had a much bigger selection and more knowledgeable sales staff than had Sears where I stopped in before coming here (which I would hope considering this is their business).
Anyway, as they were about to ring me up, the manager that was helping me noticed I was driving an Audi, and he asked me if I had one of the Home Link systems in my sun visor (those buttons built right into the car). I told him that, yes, indeed I did, but I hadn't been able to figure out how to program it so I was just going to get an opener. He proceeded to ask me a couple of simple questions about the motor in our garage, and was quickly able to identify roughly what model we had. He then told me that I didn't actually need to buy an opener, and he took the time to instruct me on how to program the buttons in my car. He could have easily kept quite and sold me an opener, but instead he gave me free advice and helped me with something I didn't even ask for!
It was a small and simple gesture, but it's those kind acts by local businesses that really make a difference and build customer loyalty. These guys were awesome and helpful and helped me accomplish what I was really hoping for without charging me for anything. Now that's good service!
If I ever need a garage door (or service), I'll go here in a heartbeat!
