| - I live so close to here that this Sprouts has become my go-to grocery store, more out of convenience than anything else. LOVE, love, love their produce...They started out as a farmers market, after all. Fresh, seasonal. Wish they'd get rid of the water sprayers...They know it's not good for the produce, and if they educated their customers, I'm sure people would get it. Their prices are not only competitive with Smiths, etc, but often beat them, with a higher quality.
Their bakery is also wonderful. Love their selection of fresh herbs (in season), and their olive bar. They have a wide range of healthy foods at very reasonable prices. Not as thrilled with their meat selection. We don't eat a lot of meat, so when we do, we like to go the all-organic, grass-fed, swaddled in silken cloth and sung to by angels kind of meat. The quality here just doesn't seem as good as many other places around town. Their ready to eat selections don't make the grade for us at all. Maybe that's just our taste, but seeing as this is my review, that's what I'm writing.
Don't take any of this as harsh criticism...I buy 80% of my groceries at Sprouts, and am happy to do so.
