  • Just joined this YMCA last week and I love it! For the last 7 years I've been a member of a comparable fitness & aquatics center in Huntersville that I absolutely loved. I live much closer to this YMCA but have been reluctant to join because I didn't think it could compare to the facility I've been at...boy was I wrong! This Y is great. Clean facility, tons of really nice equipment, a woman's only workout room, 2 exercise class studios, a 25m lap pool, child watch, an indoor year round kid pool, basketball court, and lots more. There is a large variety of fitness classes available throughout the day for every age & fitness level. So glad I made the switch, just wish I hadn't waited so long!
