  • Absolutely horrible experience. Do not listen to any positive reviews: read the majority of the reviews that say these people are TERRIBLE, because they are. They came to fix the freezer, and 24 hours later, all the food in my freezer spoiled. No heads up, no warnings, ANNNDDDD... they don't accept responsibility for their blatant mistake. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.
