I went to College Street Dental twice. The first time was fine without any major issues. However they did try to get me to do as much service as possible for things I don't even need.
The second time there was an issue because I had two insurers (one from my school and one from work) They were pretty disorganized with the whole process. One of the staff members even called me and told me because I was insured by two parties I would have to pay up front for 300. It was all very confusing because my regular dentist never does anything like that. Then after they called me to correct themselves and said if I didn't want to pay I have to confirm with my work's insurance first to clarify my coverage. During this time I admit, my works insurance took a while to get back to me. They were getting really irritated. Finally they told me I owed 11.00 and some change and I was thinking why didn't they just tell me that to begin with. I could just pay it out of pocket. She said she did. Anyways there were so many ppl handling my situation, I don't think any of them really had any idea. I wouldn't really go back there. It was a big headache.
Also the dentists were having a full conversation about their schedules with other staff members as they were working on my teeth and that was really odd. I was lying there with my mouth open thinking WTF? They even realized what they were doing was kind of unprofessional and started laughing to themselves about it.
