  • We purchased a new Volkswagen, and our sales person was great. We used their in-house financing, signed all the paperwork, and eventually picked up our car. A week later they reached out as they had made a mistake in our paperwork. The financing manager offered to come over to our house on a Friday so we could re-sign some papers. She never showed up. On Monday they threatened to place a lien on our car.
