  • I had been going here for 3 years even after I moved 20min away because I liked the service and thought jovan was very nice. Then I had my car towed there, after a day I called them and asked about my car to be told they couldn't fix it I needed to take it somewhere else, I was annoyed because why did no one call me to tell me I was waiting around like an idiot. As I had a newborn and no car I needed to wait to pick it up which I was told was fine. When I arrived it was weird my keys weren't in the back like everyone's else's, they were at the register. I got to the car and it had been broken into, but weird thing was no glass was broken, just the inside was torn apart which to me said it was an employee. I did have a pair of designer sunglasses that I forgot to take out, but having gone there for 3 years I felt comfortable, that was my mistake. Jovan could give less of a shit when I went back in and told him. I now see my glasses for sale on offer up. Pick up location flamingo and Jones, coincidence I think not. The seller has tons of sunglasses which I assume r from other cars. DON'T GO TO THIS PEPBOYS!!!
