  • Watch out for the Gail force rude winds at this Williams-Sonoma, and a manager whom couldn't care less when approached in regards. I've spent thousands of dollars in purchases at WS including several Breville cappuccino machines, and hence couldn't believe the treatment I received when perusing their cheaper coffee pod machines. I've never been treated so rudely in my life, and regret to say that thanks to the staff at this store, I won't be making any more purchases with WS.
