Manager has a lack of knowledge on their food items. I ordered a dish that I've ordered before in the past. This time I told them to go easy on the sauce. Apparently that means serve it plain, no sauce. She told me the dish doesn't have a lot of sauce. When I ordered it the past 3 times, it is drenched in sauce. The dish is good but just needs a little less sauce. I also ordered a gluten free item for my 2 year old like I have been for the past 10 visits. This time I got different noodles. I asked the manager if it was gluten free and she had no idea. She didn't even know they had 2 different type of rice noodles. If a restaurant has specifically noted some items as gluten free, as a manager she should have some knowledge of those items. There was no apology, they offered me a credit. I told them I will only use it at their other location where service is great and I can depend on my food being prepared correctly.
