  • My Mom has lived at this complex since they opened in a 3 bedroom. It is spacious, bright and open with very high quality cabinets, counter-tops, flooring etc. The apartments were never the problem here, it was the management/ownership. The horrible reviews regarding the past management are more than well deserved. They couldn't have cared less about the tenants and often acted like you were bothering them by raising any issues or needs. So why the 5 Stars?!? Simple....things have thankfully changed. There is a new owner and new management team in place and they have been great. Louise is the main manager and she is fantastic. Friendly, professional, listens to your concerns and actually takes action and gets thing done. Can't speak highly enough of her. And the maintenance staff is MUCH more responsive as well. Gabe is the head person in that crew and unlike a lot of the prior maintenance people who either didn't know what they were doing or took forever to show up, he is knowledgeable and timely in getting things addressed.
