I have to preface with the truth that the primary factors in my star rating are the price and the wait time when I visited. The ice cream was delicious, and I really appreciate having both dairy and dairy-free options to satisfy diverse dietary needs. For style/gimmick, I would give a strong 4-5 stars. It was fun to watch the ice cream being made, and especially to see the wonder on faces (children and adults alike) as we watched the big clouds puff out of the mixers as the ice creams were being blended. The wait time at this location was more like 45 mins with only 10-12 people in front of us when we joined the line which eventually went out the door. It felt like it should have been faster with 5-6 people working the line, but I guess it takes more time to make ice cream than I thought. Overall, I would recommend this to someone looking for something new or unique, but it's really hard to spend $6-$7 on a very tiny--yet couture--cup of ice cream.
