  • Fantastic Hotel! These people get it. We stayed for 4 nights a couple weeks back and I cant say enough how wonderful our stay was. We were greeted every time at the front desk with a smile. The staff goes out of their way to be accommodating. You can tell they really care. Heads up; In the Winter the Upstairs Patio Beergarten restaurant is closed. The downstairs Restaurant is very fancy and pricey. As is room service. No other drawbacks, I would stay again for sure. Really appreciate the great customer service.
