  • Very Happy To FINALLY have a New Dentist! So I felt comfortable right away after walking in and was relieved that it wasn't a "corporate" dentist office that I have been going to the last few dentist visits. I was promptly taken back by Lynn/Lin who was fantastic! Out of all my Dentists appointments over the years she has been one of my fave Oriya hygensists. Warm, friendly, talkative but not too much. We laughed and joked but she still kept it on track when I had questions or she needed to explain something. Then came Dr. Sam(she) who was so wonderful! Great energy and instantly made me feel like I was in the right place! She was wonderful and did a great job and answered additional questions I had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars, is when I was checking out with one of the office ladies, she asked me for a $50/$55 co-pay and I was confused because my orcewbtive and my coverage is 100%. She claimed to have ran my insurance eligibility and checked it. So I asked her to further investigate and she did in fact find it was 100% coverage and no money was due. I found that a little odd and wasn't sure how she arrived at that number because if I wouldn't have questioned it, I would've paid it. Overall the experience was wonderful and I'm looking forward to going here a long time. Great practice and people! Loves my coffee cup too!!
