  • This complex will charge you for anything and everything they can get away with , I'm getting a private mailbox to avoid the people at the front desk like the plague I wouldn't trust them with anything , oh ... and their website portal for residents must of been created by someone that just walked in off the street, I went away for Xmas and set up auto payments for rent just like my cable etc that's been set up for months only to find that auto paying my rent with desert horizon three days early results in hundreds of dollars for late fees ? They made no effort in trying to help since it was clearly a website malfunction ... Due to this I am now only allowed to make personal payments by money order in two separate checks resulting in me having to leave work early just to make it to the leasing office before they close causing me to loose an hours pay from work everytime. They also tried to charge me for past tenants bills from months earlier and random sales tax charges on my account. It took me three efforts of maintenance visits to just get them to switch out a bulb in the bathroom that had been exploding, I would've changed it myself if it wasn't exploding and dangerous ...it would've been done ten times faster.. They just kept turning it on and off .. But unfortunately just because the light works doesn't mean it's not dangerous when it smokes and crackles.. Three attempts and Inconvenient visits on my weekend later I finally have a safe light fixture. Well done you can have one star.
