Terrible Customer Service. I've been trying for 3 days to get them to answer the phone in major appliances. One time they did answer accidentally as a lady was trying to dial out on top of me. Couldn't she hear it ringing? She said she was from another department. I asked for my sales rep Jesse and was told he was out for lunch at 3:15 in the afternoon. I left a message for him and even e-mailed him but he hasn't returned my call. I tried booking a service call for my Kenmore dryer on the internet, It's ok, I don't mind doing their job for them, it's sort of the way things are going. 8 hours later someone from Bhangladesh or other far off place called me asking what did I want and what country was I in. After talking to her for 15 minutes trying to explain why my phone number was connected to another address (Some of us do own more than one property and have appliances in all of them) she was able to book a service call for 2 weeks away but told me I had to make myself available for the whole day since they cannot commit to a window of time. I told her to forget it. I still haven't got hold of anyone there. Looks like no one else wants to work on their appliances so I don't know what I'm going to do. I heard the store in Vancouver is closing down. Is it any wonder with such lousy service??
