  • My 14 year old cat went in for a dental cleaning and some teeth extractions. I met with Dr. Starkel for a pre-op examination. She was very warm and friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. I could tell she loves animals. She explained everything she would be doing during the procedure and reassured me she would be right there if anything went awry. She did a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pushed aside. My cat loved her too! (I always trust my pet's judge of character.) After the procedure she personally called me and gave me a status update. My cat did wonderfully and I was able to bring her home the same day. The next evening I got a call from Dr. Simonson inquiring how my cat was doing. I do appreciate the follow-up they provide. Everything went great and my cat is much happier now. I highly recommend Norterra Animal Hospital, I will be bringing all of my pets here!
