rev:text	stayed here for my quick trip to toronto. luckily.. my flight landed in terminal 3 so it was super easy to get to the hotel. there are signs to help you find your way to the hotel so it's pretty straightforward. the staff is super nice and the lobby is beautiful. upon check in.. we were advised of all our transportation options.. but we felt the front desk was trying to steer us in the more expensive mode of transport because they probably get some money from guests who take the hotel "taxi" since they only stop at hotels. in the end we decided to take the bus/subway option and it was perfectly fine. the rooms themselves are okay. nothing spectacular. for the club level i would have expected nicer rooms. the sheraton gateway in burlingame which is now hilton was much nicer than this hotel... and i think much cheaper too! i was a little disappointed. the rooms just look a little worn down. the LG flat screen TV was nice.. and the rooms were spacious. thats about the only positives i could say besides the lobby. i think in the future i would book here on my own only out of convenience.. especially now that i know how easy it is to get downtown. tip* if you plan to take the bus/shuttle into downtown, exchange your money for tokens at the exchange booth in the airport. instead of paying 3 dollars each way you pay 2.50 and get a token. one token is good for the bus ride AND the subway including the transfer so it's super easy. no fumbling around for your transfer or token after the bus. one token takes care of you the whole way :)
