  • I have never been treated at a Veterinarian office by staff as caring as Central Phoenix Animal Hospital ..besides being a skilled veterinarian, Dr. Ruiz's kindness is genuine and heartfelt; it is not just professional courtesy. The staff took exceptionally good care of my Will, a 20 yr. old black cat with failing kidneys and anemia. he was treated at Central Phoenix Animal Hospital all his life.They especially got to know him, because we visited 3x a week, the last 5 weeks of his life. They were loving him till the end, which was a great comfort to me. My friend who accompanied me to his last visit was also very impressed, and felt their kindness. I recommend Dr. Ruiz and her staff to all folks who love their companion animals and need excellent professional care added with lots of love.. Nancy Caternolo
