  • Centurylink is a joke. Waited all day for service tech to install router when vendor insisted they do. After waiting since 8AM and continuously calling to get info or an update every rep said they had no idea where the tech was or why he was running late. It's 5:30 and the latest I now PM. I was told the latest the tech would be here was 5. F***k centurylink. Don't waste your time with this service.
