  • I booked my sons birthday party here and was told I would get a call a week in advance to confirm any add ons. Two days before my sons birthday I called them and the gentleman that answered said they had a bad email for me and no one bothered to CALL me to verify it to confirm. The day of my sons birthday party when we walked in it smelled like urine and wet dog. I went up to the counter and there was only 3 people on staff running around and did not bother to ask if I needed anything. After I got there attention I let them know I was there for my sons birthday party. We waited for our turn to into the laser tag and as we waited we wanted to get quarters from the coin machine and it had run out so when I asked the girl at the counter she was frustrated and seemed annoyed that I was asking her to provide change. After the laser tag games they sat us in this super small room where all my party guests didn't even fit! It was hot and musty! I waited about 15 minutes to get the pizza taken into the room and another 10 minutes for the plates! Don't get me started with the cups! They only gave me about 20 cups and I had about 35 guested! The most embarrassing thing ever! I had to ask them about 5 times to get more cups and the manager kept saying "oh yes" and NEVER got them. In the end she stated they had no more in stock and said "WE HAD TO REUSE OUR CUPS"! It was absolutely horrible service! Absolutely no hostess and just know it feels as if I was doing the whole party myself. No point on booking a party! This place was horrible and I feel ripped off for the price they charged...!
