First time visiting this dealership. Bought a used pickup truck three weeks ago elsewhere. It needed and recall completed. Having been in the auto business before I knew what to ask. ID the correct recall, have you got the parts and are they fixing them now. Gave them all identifying info on the truck, vin etc. Had them check with service to verify I could have the re all completed when we came in due to fact it is a 35 mile trip both ways. Set the appointment two weeks out. Received notification that I was due in dealership the day before.
Wife and I get up early for drive with two vehicles into drop off truck for the appointment. Arrived and was told that everything I had been told was not correct according to them. Won't be fixing them for another 6-7 months out. No concern, no real apology, no one cares. Business as usual, screw over customers as much as you can. Don't verify anything necessary to conduct a proper business. Will try to find a "real" Dodge Chrysler dealer to fix it.
Don't think I will go back, don't recommend them for any business

Finally spoke with their Customer Care rep, and actually had a good conversation about what happened. She was very nice and seemed concerned about what happened. Time will tell. On second thought I will try them again whenever I can get the recall completed.
