  • This review is for THIS location. Harbor Freight is what it is. A good place to buy cheap tools and materials when you don't need the best. But THIS location. Holy Cow. The customer base and the employees are probably the rudest, clueless, most self centered people on the planet. Combine them in the same store and you can forget getting out of this place in any sort of reasonable time. This store *sometimes* has a common feeder line, sometimes not. It's up to you to figure it out, and when it is in effect, and you are the last person waiting, never fails, some clueless idiot walks right up in front of you and the cashier starts helping them, totally ignoring you even though they called you up next. People in this part of town also cannot read or count money. Save yourself. If you must go to horror fright tools, go to the one in Tempe on Warner and McClintock. People there are polite, and the customers have a brain.
