  • BACKGROUND First of all, it's a Michael Kors store, so of course it's awesome! I'm a huge fan of all things Michael Kors and I'm grateful that there's a location at Chandler Mall which is so close to my house. The best thing about this location is that they always get samples of the most recent trends. Unfortunately, it's not a flagship store and therefore the selection is somewhat limited to the bare minimum - but don't get me wrong, the selection is always enough to walk out with a new pair of shoes, a new purse, a new watch, a new pair of sunglasses and a new fragrance. (see pics) SERVICE EXPERIENCE The staff is always extremely helpful in the store as well as keeping in contact via email mailing lists. My only complaint is that I wish the store was bigger with a bigger selection.
