  • I called Experimac South Charlotte because I lost a good portion of my contacts after deleting a former employer email account. Luckily I backed up a CSV file on my MacBook Air which helped immensely. The owner, Bob Schneider figured out how to get my contacts on the cloud, and fixed my contacts on my other 3 devices. I am so very thankful. I highly recommend experimac. The service is personal, while much less hassle than going to the Apple Store in South Park Mall. Bravo. I will be back.
