We had just come back from a trip that was full of problems so we were glad to get home and be done with the drama but woke up the very next morning to a broken a/c! We know what new units cost to replace and with two units we were pretty nervous we were looking at a big expense.
When two of my friends found out about our problem they both recommended the same company, Dawn till Dusk. We gave them a call and left a message. Ken Rowlett, the owner of the company, returned it within a few minutes, said he was currently at another job and estimated how long it would be before he could get to us. He called again on his way to our house and was at our home when he said he would be.
Ken is a very nice, clean-cut, respectable man. I say that for the women that may need to call a a/c repair guy and are concerned about who will come to their home. Sometimes it can be scary having a stranger in the home but nothing to fear with Ken.
It didn't take long for Ken to determine that we needed a new motor so he told my husband what it would cost and did the job. From the time he walked in the door until he was done only took less than 1/2 hour and for a very reasonable price that we felt was a great deal.
Ken then took the time to answer questions that my husband had about some modifications in our home and even told him how he could do the job himself for just a few dollars by getting some supplies at Home Depot!
It's a real comfort to know that we have someone that we can trust with our A/C needs! I would highly recommend this company and am so glad for the great work they do because it's 110 out right now! Thanks Ken!
