  • I came here about 1 week ago because i moved from California and was told i could take my car to any Chevy dealer, Let me tell you i had never written a review because i had never felt the need to until i had this experience. I'm hispanic, when i walked in there is mostly caucasian people in the service counter i saw how this guy with a couple of tattoos on his arm greeted this caucasian customer, Super friendly smiling and willing to assist him i said great i hope he helps me because i was been assisted by another older gentleman which left the department when i went to get a paper because he couldn't find my information with the Vin #?? he said no you don't have warranty on the vehicle but 2 days ago i had gone to Selman Chevy and was even offered a car for the day to drive for the issue i am still having because the people at Findlay Chevrolet were not able to help me out AT ALL. I was told to bring the car back in 2 days or to drop it off i asked if i could get a car to drive meanwhile an in a rudely manner he said no and it will cost you $150 for the diagnosis. I had warranty at that time there was NO reason he should of been charging me anything he didn't even bother to search me on the system or anything what so ever to try and help me. I have NEVER felt so discriminated against. I will NEVER be coming back to this place, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
