  • If I could take away star I would, without a greeting I have a child with me who has hot chocolate in their hand, she says oh sorry you have to keep The drink on the floor, mind you she's 5 and she was told by me to stand by the door only so I can buy mittens, yes I was sure to purchase, horrible way to greet and loss of customer, it's older lady with lights around her neck. You should kindly take customer service course. A store that has quota to meet you missing sale on cold raining day. Sure loss for the business. Minus star.
