I took my car here a few months ago to figure out why my check engine light was on, they fixed it, no problem. Fast toward to a few weeks ago when my car was shaking and I was hoping it just needed an alignment and basic maintenance. I made the mistake of saying they could fix whatever they wanted. $825 they fixed .... I can't even figure out what they fixed because when I picked it up my car was still running strange. Adam told me to bring it back to fix some bushings? He promised to "hook me up" so I brought it back 3 days later and I was told it would be another $800! I was still confused to what they fixed prior and was assuming it included what they would fix later. I looked at my receipt and every time I tell someone that knows about cars what they charged me for they laugh stating I was overcharged. I did not pay the other $800 I took it to another mechanic that did not swindle me or make false promises to hook me up. Oh and after I declined the other maintenance at sands, a car dealer from sands called me to tell me about their new car deals they had going on that weekend .... so sounds like a scam to me. They don't fix your car or quote you a ridiculous price so you go buy a new one. Won't take my car here again very disappointed and I have been very vocal about my displeasure.
