  • I had an amazing experience tonight going here. I used the online check in, Tim called me within 5 mins to let me know to get there in 1 hour at 7pm. As soon as I got there, he remembered how to pronounce my name and welcomed me as such. Erin and Moises took my vitals and made a not so fun experience fun and quick! They were so sweet and made me feel super comfortable. I don't think I've ever went to a quick care and disappointed I couldn't stay longer to chat lol. I was in and out, prescription and everything within 30 minutes. Dr Rodivan was very kind and professional. He listed to what I had to say before he gave me a diagnosis and definitely wasn't a know it all as some doctors can get. Whenever i am in need of an urgent care for me or my son, I definitely trust CareNow in southern Highlands!
