  • When working with Gilbert's painting to get my house painted, the experience went overall pretty well. Fast forward 18 months and my neighbors decided to use them as well. This experience has been a nightmare. The painters sprayed over the wall and covered my garden in paint. No warning that they were going to be painting said wall. Graham apologized via phone on Thursday, April 5 and we agreed they'd come clean up the rest of their leftover paint chips from our yard... While Graham was here on Friday, April 6, I told him that I'm too upset to talk with him and asked my husband to handle. Graham then said "do you think we did this on purpose?" Really? You wouldn't have 5 star reviews and myself recommending you if this was your business practice. I am beyond disappointed to be the neighbor of any project they are a part of. It's now been a week and I had my landscapers clean up after your crew.
