SO. FREAKING. GOOD!!!!!
Ramen Tatsu is a tiny, dark restaurant in the corner of the parking lot that houses District One. The ramen here is out of this world-- Monta does not even come close to comparing. The broth is incredible (I always get the Shoyu and add an extra egg) and the noodles taste fresh. Pricing is awesome (around $7-8 for a bowl of fresh ramen), most include pork, egg and onion, and the portion sizes are great.
I can't appreciate ramen anywhere besides Ramen Tatsu anymore because of how good it is. The woman who waits on the tables and runs the register (i assume shes the owner and I've only ever had one server there) is also super polite, attentive, warm and welcoming.
I only have great things to say about this place!
