I went for brunch and quickly discovered that the best time to go is at 10:30 AM on the weekend, just as they open. I had the Eggs Benedict, which was made just the way I liked it, with the eggs thrown into boiling water to poach them. It was served with hollandaise on a homemade biscuit with fresh salad (so I feel like I'm getting some healthiness in) along with these awesome stringy homefries. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. Can't wait to go back again. And again!
