  • Came with my 2 kids and my Mother! We were told very rudely that there were no housekeepers available because of the Easter holiday. Room services was also closed because of the holiday. My 13 year old was told that she had to come get items herself because there was only one person working! My son and I slept on the regularly issued prison issued mattress on couches. Needless to say I got no rest. The sheets also had holes in them. The only saving grace for this hotel was the parking and wifi were free, my kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was okay. Either they need to hire additional people or have a back up plan in situation where people call out! But then again you get what you pay for!!!!!!!
