  • My partner and I had a house in need of inspection with a very short period of time before the next wave of negotiation. After comparing local inspectors we decided to use Griffin Inspection Services. We were not disappointed! We worked directly with Andy Griffin, who was professional, courteous, informative, and generally pleasant to interact with. He implored us to ask questions and worked dutifully to give us all possible information without stating or creating a bias towards what was uncovered. Griffin Inspection Services was able to inspect the house, provide a radon inspection and link us directly with a pest inspector on a weekend before a holiday for an extremely fair price. The turn around time on the inspection report was less than five days and was complete with pictures and detailed information about each problem. I can honestly say I learned a lot about contractors and inspections and enjoyed the entire experience while also being helped to make a critical decision. I will go to Griffin again when we have need of inspection services.
