  • I dropped into this cool little brewery after a late-day meeting in Huntersville, and was instantly impressed by the ambiance, the service, and the modest selection of munchies (pretzels, popcorn and OMG, COLD CUTS!). Oh, and the beer's pretty good, too. At least, the Centennial IPA I tried was. With ample indoor and outdoor seating, a firepit and indoor fireplace, this feels like combination Man Cave and Brewpub. A few more TVs would help, but the lack of ESPN screaming at you in the background means you can sit quietly by the fire and contemplate your beer. And when the beer's this good, that's a pretty smart call.
