I brought a purse to Ruby's to be cleaned over a month ago. Apparently, because 2.3 inches of it had suede it had to be "shipped out" for cleaning somewhere where they specialize in cleaning leather...? Now, almost 5 weeks since drop-off, my purse is "missing". No apologies, no offer of any sort of compensation, not even a phone call to explain the situation- you're KIDDING ME, right??!? Now I get to sit back and *hope* that whoever they gave my purse to is honest enough to give it back...HA! Good one. This review is just step 1, my friends...
