  • So I give the spa 2 stars for friendliness, cleanliness and the eucalyptus steam room. That's about all it has going for it. Reviews stated that there is a DIY sample bar, which I was excited about. Got there no such a thing to be found, asked the attache and she said they don't do it any longer. BOO! Another woman who was there relaxing also mentioned she read about it and was looking for it as well and so I filled her in. My husband and I went in earlier in the am. It was clean, smelled good and had lots of ice water stationed around the spa. We spent about 2 hours down there relaxing and enjoying the steam rooms. I came back down around 4 pm and noticed that the dressing room I used earlier (used the same one again) still had my trash in it as well as the brush I used previously. Not horrible I know but not very attended. There were also 2 water cups left on the floor by the dry sauna. The chilled towels that had been iced were still there (4 left as I used on previously) were the same ones and they were now sitting in warm melted water from being left unattended all day. The drinking water provided was also the same and at room temp by this time. I wasn't checked on once, they were NOT busy either time as I was the only on there at the end of the day and there were only 4 people there that morning. Had they checked on us/me at all they would have made more money as my husband wanted to surprise me with a couple massage.
