  • My daughter and I go to the Great Clips on York Road in Parma Heights. We have never had a bad experience. There is a young lady there who cuts my hair each time I go and she does a wonderful job. They listen to what we ask them to do with our hair and we have not been disappointed. Unfortunately, there are employees who leave us with a bad experience., just to explain the poor reviews for Great Clips. This happens everywhere. I had surgery on my right hand about a year ago and I went to the Great Clips on York Road to have my hair washed, since I could not wash it. The young lady was very accommodating and very kind. I have had nothing but positive experiences when I go to this place and they do exactly what I want and treat me with respect and my daughter feels the same way.
