  • I have been a long time customer with this Enterprise for an very long time. I can't believe that the review from the person on 03/12 "how horrible the service was" there is always one side of the story..but I doubt very much , that Enterprise would be that bad. They have always been awesome, the only down side is they are so many changes, in the manager keeps on changing, great for them, since they want to follow their paths, for me I love all the managers that I met, who I have seen, but when they leave I feel sad, but i know that the next one, will be just as good. Janik has been awesome, who I have known for years, and it is just good to know, when I arrive they know and remember me, and call me by my name. I have rented back to back rentals for the past weekend rentals, and the whole group is fantastic, Nina, Antonio and of course Janik. There is not enough pages to write what I think..but please trust me on this...this location on 44th St and Thomas is the best! I would not leave this place to check out an different location. And there is not enough stars on this..i would give this place an 110 percent and more than 10 stars!
