My issue is from May 2013. Better late than ever! I give high marks for the "before work" customer service. Scheduling the estimate appointment was easy. The Estimator was punctual, professional, and very helpful with financing.
The actual "job" customer service was terrible! The onsite project manager for the job called me at work. They were having a "problem" with the rooftop air conditioning unit and I needed to call my A/C guy. OK, thanks! What he FAILED to tell me was he turned the A/C unit OFF! What!? It was the last week of May in Phoenix! Not hot, hot but still warm enough to need A/C! I came home after work to my dogs in a very warm and stuffy house. The PM knew I had pets, too! So I thought the A/C was off because the A/C had malfunctioned. We slept that night with the windows open and the fans whirling! When my A/C guy came the next day he fixed whatever the "issue" was and turned the unit back on!
This was my first roof replacement job! I definitely learned a lot about the process. I won't be calling Scott Roofing again!
