  • I bought the Shellac Manicure Groupon. I went for the manicure and the manicurist Erica did not know what she was doing. It took her 1 hr and 45 minutes and my nail polish look thick, lumpy and disgusting. It looked like I had bad acrilycs on. I have had a shellac manicure before and it was perfect, smooth and gorgeous. She kept saying that I was not laying my hand correctly under the lamp and that was not the case. She kept doing my nails over and over. It was a bad paint job. A 3 yr old could have painted it better. The manager acted like she didnt believe me when I called and told her the next day. She tried to re-book me but it did not work for my schedule. And now she is booked up for the next 2 months. I am getting a refund from Groupon. I suggest going to Spa Connection in Berea, the owner does excellent nails!!
