  • "Reserved" some items to p/u and receive a 10% discount during their special offer. Had to wait 10-15 minutes while the associate sauntered off to pull the items from stock anyway and never rec'd the advertised discount. Emailed the company with my complaint and never heard back. (All emails are supposedly answered within 48 hours.) Won't be doing business with Napa again.
