  • My recent stay here was FANTASTIC! I stayed in a Wheelchair Accessible Room in the Ivory Tower. It was very well designed and easy for me to use. The main reason I am bumping the Palms back up to 5-Stars is the positive vibe and attitude I sensed from the staff during my recent stay. Everyone I interacted with from my call to reserve a room, to the Bell person who helped me load my luggage into my car when I left, seemed genuinely happy about the changes being made here. I think that the Palms has taken the first few steps on a journey that will make it a destination resort again. I can't wait to come back next year when all of the construction is complete!
