  • Mediocre. Although they seemed very friendly when I called to book the bikes, they were extremely rushed in sending us out with what they had. My wife asked for a smaller size and they ignored the request. They placed a basket in front for our small stuff but the baskets were flimsy and fell out twice. So rushed in giving directions, shared no landmark on where to make turns. Perhaps they struggle with English speaking folks and better cater to French speaking ones.
