rev:text	After eagerly waiting for months for this restaurant to open, me and my bf finally got to go tonight. We decided to do the "all you can eat Poutine on Tuesdays for $15". The atmosphere is very nice, exposed brick inside, quiet little patio in the back... the food is absolutely delicious. We tried all the choices of Poutine we could and had 2 pitcher of Steam Whistle no complaints these, HOWEVER.... the service was absolutely attrocious. We arrived at 7:30, were seated quickly on the patio in the back by the hostes... then the server (Cecilia) took 5 mins before greating us, and it only got worse from there. She came by only 3 times in the first hour, failed to check on us after the food arrived which took like 30 mins to arrive (were talking about poutine here people). We even spoke to the manager about the service and he kept making excuses instead of recognizing the problem and try to resolve it. Hr came by a coiple times afterwars trying to make up... it was nice of him but too litle too late...To note though, another server (Chris) tried to improve our experience by taking away dirty dishes, filling our glasses and taking an order, even though we were not his table (he was serving other tables on the patio) which made our experience much better (thanks Chris). Because the food was so good, we will give this place another try (not having that Cecilia server again), but if the service doesn't improve...we will most likely not come back. Food = Service = Give yourself A LOT of extra time when you go...
