  • They have an amazing selection but they have a bit of an attitude I guess because they're doing seemingly so well. I was shopping for a DSRL and got a quote from Downtown Camera. Price at Henry's was the same. I asked if they could beat the price by $20 and the sales rep told me "we sell lots of these, we don't need to lower our prices" and walked away from me and left me standing there like I had done something unreasonable. Just to be clear, I would've been happy with the same price. The gesture disgusted me and I walked back to Downtown Camera and made the purchase.
