  • We have bought many cars over the years here. Given them lots of business. I use to be over the top 100% in favor of this dealership. I have even sent co-workers here and they bought cars. Up until the last couple cars. I felt like they could have done better but went with it, knowing we were going to be a hard sale for them. Then we went to get my husband's car and they wouldn't budge a penny. We walked repeatedly...and they let us. They would not negotiate and the price we were quoted 2 days before was long gone. I was so disappointed in them. Then when it came time to write a review, I was honest. It was positive but I mentioned they could have done better on negotiations. Our buddy dealer(who I had cont. To praise in review) got all bent out if shape and was mad because he got in trouble and called us to express his displeasure of the review i did(that he never saw). Then we bring in the car to get it's regular service, it says car wash, told car wash and no car wash. This place has gone down hill. I do absolutely love the play area for the kids, that is a life saver if you have kids. And they are wonderful in giving their guests refreshments. Kudos in those areas.
