Matthew responded to my Yelp inquiry in less than 20 minutes, and chose not to take the job once he figured my 985 SFT backyard was not worth his time. I'm sure On Time does a great job based on their reviews, but a business refusing money? Shocking....This day and age where businesses compete over every client, On Time has the luxury to decline customers? What happened to "No job is too big or small"? I'm in the real state business and almost always the properties that I buy/sell for my clients need backyard services, guess these guys are out of my calling list now. A neutral 3 stars is given cause I never used their service.
