  • SRF is one of my favorite venues in the Valley. It's brand new (8 years, I think?) and LEED-certified with many shiny finishings that are eco-conscious. Oh right...and the baseball! Home to the Rockies and D-backs for Spring Training, and an awesome way to spend any day in March. There's plenty of $5 parking, and you never spend too much time in traffic getting in and out of the stadium. Lots of concessions choices (they are expensive, but what ballpark food isn't?). If you don't want to break the bank on the delicious options offered at the park, you can bring in your own sealed water and snacks. Whether you sit on the lawn or behind home plate, the players are so close, and there's never a bad view!
