  • By far the worst experience ever. They asked for a $200 deposit when I went to Vegas on March 10th. I have gone back and forth between Hertz and my bank. They took the $200 and left no trace in my account. Hertz stated that the deposit would be refunded within 5-7 days after returning the vehicle which was March 14th. I have NOT received my money and will never rent from this place again. :( :( DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ
